SunnyView Tech ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle user data when you use our Dollars MoCap software ("Software") and visit our Website ("Website").
All real-time motion and facial computations are performed on your local device. The Software itself does not transmit your motion or facial data. Crash reports containing non-personal technical information are sent to Unity Diagnostics to help us improve stability.
2. Account Management & PlayFab Authentication
Our Software uses Microsoft PlayFab for user authentication. The following describes how authentication data is handled:
- When you log in, your email and password are securely transmitted to PlayFab for authentication.
- We do not store, access, or manage user credentials.
- If you wish to delete your account, you can contact us at . We will assist you in the process of removing your PlayFab account data.

3. Use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect non-personal usage data to improve our Website. This includes:
- Device & browser information (e.g., operating system, browser type).
- User interaction data (e.g., time spent on pages, navigation flow).
- IP address, but anonymized where possible.

4. Crash Reporting (Unity Diagnostics)
Our Software integrates Unity Diagnostics to help us identify and fix crashes. When the Software crashes, the following non-personal data is transmitted to Unity's servers:
- Device model, operating system version, and hardware specifications
- Application version
- Crash stack trace and related error logs
- A non-identifying device identifier generated by Unity
This data does not include your name, email, motion data, facial data, or any other personal identifiers. It is processed by Unity Technologies on their cloud servers and retained according to Unity's data retention policy.

5. Data Security
- All authentication data is transmitted over HTTPS encryption to prevent unauthorized access.
- Our Software does not store any user credentials or account-related data on local or cloud servers.
6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do not sell or transfer user data to third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:
- PlayFab — account authentication
- Google Analytics — anonymous website usage analytics
- Unity Diagnostics — crash reporting (Software only)
7. Data Retention
- All facial and motion data used during real-time operation exist only temporarily in memory.
- They are automatically discarded once the session ends and are never saved to local or remote storage.
- Crash data sent to Unity Diagnostics are retained according to Unity's data retention policy, which we do not control. Refer to the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for details.
8. Use of Face Data and TrueDepth API
Our Software uses Apple's ARKit TrueDepth API solely for real-time facial tracking. The information obtained includes only numerical blendshape coefficients representing facial expressions.
This data is:
- Processed entirely on the user's device
- Used exclusively to animate virtual characters in real time
- Never stored, shared, or transmitted to external servers
- Automatically discarded after each session
We do not collect or retain any identifiable images, depth maps, or 3D facial geometry. The TrueDepth data never leaves the device and cannot be used to identify users.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our official website or within the Software. Continued use of our Software after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
