  • Dollars NVIS
  • Dollars LINK
  • Dollars MOTS
  • Dollars SOMA

3. License Grant

3.1 Scope of License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Install and use Dollars MoCap software
  • Use motion capture data generated by the software for personal or commercial purposes
  • Use the software within the authorized number of devices

3.2 License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the software
  • Rent, lease, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software
  • Remove or modify copyright notices or other proprietary markings in the software
  • Use the software for illegal purposes or activities that violate applicable laws

5.2 User-Generated Content

You own the intellectual property rights to motion capture data and related content created using the software.

6. Disclaimers

The software is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6.2 Accuracy Statement

While we strive to provide accurate motion capture results, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the software output. Users should verify the suitability of results for their specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SunnyView Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Service Termination
